3. Placing a protectant on carpet aids in stain and spill cleanup
Using a protectant also makes vacuuming easier by not allowing the soil to cling to the carpet surface.
I have had several customers lately that have tried to clean a stain, only to find they have bleached their carpets. Please be cautious to read the label of any product you may use. The common name of bleach is never used in the product. Look for sodium hypochlorite. I have been having some luck with dying the carpet -- however, it will never be perfect. Also ammonia and water is a good way as well to help with cleaning a spot -- point there is use only clear ammonia. If you use yellow or any other color, they tend to transfer to the carpet. If you have any questions, please give me a call. I will be happy to talk with you about your issue.

High heat and pressure tile cleaning
High heat with steam and pressure cleaning of tile provide a clean you can feel with your bare feet. Can you tell the before and after? The first one below is an open doorway before, and the second is the same open doorway with one swipe after. The third photo is a walkway before and the fourth is after. Our customer was very happy with the results as were we.
